Finalist 2025: CCF Earth Award – The Koorangie Project
We are proud to announce that the Koorangie Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) has been named a Finalist in the 2025 Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) Earth Awards, in the $5M–$15M Project Value Category.
This recognition highlights our role in delivering critical civil infrastructure supporting Victoria’s renewable energy transition and the continued rollout of utility-scale battery storage across the National Electricity Market.
We were engaged to deliver a comprehensive civil works package including bulk earthworks, high-precision foundations, trenching, drainage and internal access infrastructure to support construction of the facility.
Delivered within a compressed program and in close coordination with the principal contractor and project stakeholders, the works required disciplined planning, strong interface management and consistent execution to maintain program certainty and enable downstream installation and commissioning activities.
Being named a finalist in the 2025 CCF Earth Awards recognises the capability, systems and teamwork required to deliver complex renewable energy infrastructure safely, efficiently and to strict quality and compliance standards.
We thank our clients, project partners and the local community for their support in delivering this important renewable energy asset.
