Head of People
— Victoria
Shape and lead the people strategy for a growing construction business, balancing strategic HR leadership with hands-on delivery across talent, culture, performance and organisational development.
Senior HR leadership experience is essential, ideally within construction or project-based industries, with strong capability across employee relations, recruitment, compliance, workforce planning and building high-performing teams.
(Senior) Project Engineer
— Queensland
Deliver civil infrastructure projects across planning, execution and contract administration, working alongside project managers on utilities, earthworks and civil works.
A civil engineering qualification and minimum 4 years’ infrastructure experience is essential, with strong earthworks knowledge and demonstrated subcontractor management experience highly regarded.
Safety Advisor
— Queensland
Lead site safety across demolition, remediation and civil projects, driving compliance, risk management and safe work practices.
Experience in construction or civil safety is essential, with strong knowledge of WHS legislation, audits, investigations, stakeholder engagement and safety management systems.
Truck Driver / Yardman
— Victoria
Operate trucks and plant across active civil infrastructure projects, supporting yard operations and machinery mobilisation throughout Victoria and interstate as required.
HC licence and hook truck experience is essential, with a strong understanding of load restraints, axle weights and float operations. Forklift licence and machinery tickets are highly regarded.
Civil Concreter
— Victoria
Deliver concrete works across civil projects, including formwork, steel fixing, pours and finishing, working within experienced site crews.
Proven civil concreting experience is essential, with capability across reinforcement, placement and finishing, plus White Card, safe practices and site reliability.
Plant Operator / Labourers
— Victoria
Experienced Plant Operators and Labourers with a background in civil construction, confident working across active infrastructure sites and within established crews.
Must demonstrate strong safety awareness, reliability on site, and the ability to operate plant or support works efficiently in live environments.
Diesel Mechanic
— Victoria
Maintain and repair plant and equipment across a heavy machinery fleet to support reliable project delivery.
Proven experience with plant and equipment, including excavators and trucks, with strong diagnostic and mechanical capability.
