Alex Crosby has been part of the Multiworks journey since the very beginning, growing with the business into his current role as Managing Director. With a background in construction and finance, Alex brings a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial insight to the business.

Since officially joining Multiworks in 2010, Alex has led a wide range of complex infrastructure projects, earning a strong reputation for delivering on time and within budget. Today, he oversees the business and it’s strategic growth.

Alex is known for his hands-on leadership, deep industry knowledge, and genuine commitment to people, qualities that continue to drive Multiworks forward.

Nick Crosby has been a valued member of the Multiworks team for over a decade, contributing to some of our most complex and high-profile projects. Starting his journey on-site and progressing through roles in project administration and management, Nick brings a well-rounded and hands-on understanding of construction delivery.

In recent years, Nick has played a key role in shaping how Multiworks approaches the market-leading our tendering strategy and building strong, long-term relationships with major clients. He has been instrumental in securing new opportunities through early engagement, strategic bidding, and a focus on aligning with client needs.

Nick is known for his calm leadership, strong client relationships, and commitment to quality and safety, qualities that make him a trusted representative on every project he leads.

Angela Oaten is a passionate and people-focused leader who brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, organisational development, and executive leadership. At Multiworks she leads People & Culture, Marketing, Systems and Business Services, helping shape the company’s culture, brand, strategy and ways of working.

Angela is known for her ability to bring people together, drive positive change, and create workplaces where people thrive. With a strong track record across the construction and infrastructure sectors, she combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to deliver real results. Her warmth, energy, and commitment to people make her a valued leader and trusted advisor.

Ben van der Burgt is a highly accomplished civil engineer and senior leader with more than 20 years’ experience in the construction and infrastructure sector. He has led the successful delivery of major civil projects across diverse environments, managing large multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex operational portfolios.

Ben brings strong commercial acumen and a practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery, with deep expertise in contract management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. Known for his people-first leadership style, he is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

John Navarro is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng, MIEAust) with over 15 years’ experience delivering major civil and infrastructure projects across transport, aviation and environmental sectors. His portfolio includes complex upgrades for Melbourne Airport, Major Road Projects Victoria and large-scale landfill remediation programs. As Pre-Contracts Manager, John works collaboratively with clients and partners to shape practical construction methodologies, balanced risk profiles and commercially sound submissions. Drawing on his background as a Project Manager on live, high-risk environments, he understands the importance of program certainty, stakeholder alignment and seamless transition from tender through to successful delivery.

Brad Moore joined Multiworks in 2023, bringing deep expertise in safety, quality control, and technical compliance. With a strong background in managing high-risk environments, including Major Hazard Facilities, Brad plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

A former logistics specialist in the Australian Army, Brad brings discipline, structure, and a proactive mindset to every challenge. He’s led national training reforms and developed innovative compliance frameworks for major clients like Caltex.
