John Navarro is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng, MIEAust) with over 15 years’ experience delivering major civil and infrastructure projects across transport, aviation and environmental sectors. His portfolio includes complex upgrades for Melbourne Airport, Major Road Projects Victoria and large-scale landfill remediation programs. As Pre-Contracts Manager, John works collaboratively with clients and partners to shape practical construction methodologies, balanced risk profiles and commercially sound submissions. Drawing on his background as a Project Manager on live, high-risk environments, he understands the importance of program certainty, stakeholder alignment and seamless transition from tender through to successful delivery.
