Multiworks has played an ongoing role in the transformation of Cawley Industrial Park, delivering staged upgrades contracts for over 12 years. Formerly a large-scale manufacturing facility, the 35,000 m² site has undergone significant refurbishment to accommodate modern industrial tenants and extend the life of key infrastructure.
Project Description
Working across multiple stages and scopes, Multiworks has undertaken extensive civil, structural, and services works to modernise the site while preserving operational continuity for existing occupants.
Key works delivered include:
- Repair and reconstruction of over 3,000 m² of heavy-duty industrial pavements
- Recladding and structural upgrades to existing warehouse buildings
- Maintenance and upgrade of sitewide drainage, fire protection, and electrical systems
- Construction of new landscaped zones, access roads, and car parking areas
The long-term engagement reflects Multiworks’ ability to support complex industrial renewal programs with flexible delivery models, responsive planning, and consistent quality across all work stages.
