Multiworks’ works onsite involved all
civil works related to the contract for the new MTM Cheltenham Substation. Included within these works were building bored piers (600Ø 3.6m deep), Overhead 1500 Switch Feeder bored piers (900Ø 10m deep), Overhead 22Kv (900Ø 10m deep), Undertrack bore x3, conduit trench installation, Building concrete slab, Transformer bay Concrete slab and Brickwork, Security fencing and gates.
All works were completed ahead of program whilst working under the site conditions and restrictions imposed from the interaction with the public and under live rail conditions. PTV commended Multiworks on the management of the Cheltenham station car park (public & vehicle interaction) whilst the retaining wall and the changes to the carpark were completed.
