Multiworks was engaged to deliver critical civil works within Coca-Cola’s operational manufacturing complex in Moorabbin, supporting the installation of new alcohol storage infrastructure. The works were undertaken within a live industrial environment, directly adjacent to active beverage processing facilities.
Project Description
Strict environmental and operational controls were required throughout delivery, with close management of dust, vibration, and noise to avoid disruption to production. Works were also sequenced to ensure continuous access for plant personnel and services across a tightly constrained site.
Scope of works included:
- Demolition and removal of redundant concrete slabs and footings
- Construction of new concrete plinths, bunded slabs, and structural pits
- Installation of below-ground pipework and drainage infrastructure
- All works delivered under confined spatial conditions and live facility constraints
The project required disciplined planning, coordination with multiple facility stakeholders, and a strong focus on environmental compliance within an active manufacturing setting.
