Our commitment to

Safety

Committed to ensuring everybody goes home safely

At Multiworks, safety is more than a priority — it's a fundamental value. We believe that every individual has the right to return home safely each day and a shared responsibility to protect themselves and those around them. Our approach to health and safety is built on personal accountability, empowerment, and proactive risk management.

We equip our personnel, labour hire staff, and subcontractors with the systems, training, and resources needed to identify, eliminate, or manage risks effectively. From supervision to tools, plant, and equipment, we ensure every project is delivered without compromise to safety.

Our commitment extends beyond our own teams — we actively support our clients in achieving their safety goals. By tailoring our services and aligning our systems and reporting, we foster seamless collaboration and uphold industry best practices to maintain a zero-harm environment.

We deliver on our safety promise through:

  • Compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety legislation and contractual obligations
  • Monitoring and reviewing OHS performance across all levels of the business to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintaining a certified Safety Management System aligned with ISO 45001 and OFSC standards
  • Embedding safety into leadership accountability, ensuring it is never compromised by other business objectives
  • Engaging with ground crews and stakeholders to identify, assess, and control workplace hazards
  • Providing comprehensive training and resources to ensure all work is performed by competent, qualified individuals
  • Promoting a culture of personal responsibility, where everyone understands and adheres to Multiworks’ safety policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular audits of our Integrated Management System (IMS) and responding to findings to enhance safety outcomes
  • Sharing relevant safety information to keep our teams informed and prepared

At Multiworks, safety is a shared journey — one we walk together, every day.

With safety our number one priority, Multiworks is committed to leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which we work, while offering equal opportunities to our people.

Our strong focus on workplace health & safety sets us apart from other civil firms. Having worked within high-risk environments, such as electrical terminal stations and contaminated sites, we have developed a strong culture and heightened awareness of workplace safety. We are committed to ensuring compliance with ISO 450001:2018, ISO 9001:2016 and ISO 14001:2016.
