Description:

 

Working under a schedule of rates contract, Multiworks have been responsible for the upgrading of Cawley Industrial Park over the past 8 years. Originally a manufacturing plant the 35,000m2 of industrial building required substantial refurbishment including:

  • Repair of over 3000m2 of industrial pavement.
  • Recladding of buildings.
  • Maintenance of drainage, fire and electrical systems.
  • Creation of new landscaped areas and parking.
  • Creation of new internal offices and amenities.
