Foodbank provides 210,000 meals a day to charities, schools, and individuals to help combat  hunger and food insecurity in Australian communities.

Since the 2020 bushfires and the COVID-19 pandemic charities are reporting a 47% increase in demand for food.

For the next two months Multiworks is raising much-needed food and funds to help those in our community going hungry.

Here’s how you can help too …

  1. Contribute to Multiworks’ Food Drive through May and June. Look out for the labelled plastic tubs at all our project sites and donate supermarket food and products from the list below
  2. Make a donation HERE. Every $1 donation provides two meals for an Australian going hungry. All donations are tax deductible and go directly to Foodbank.

Here’s a list of acceptable Food Drive items for donation …

  • Canned fruit, vegetables, seafood, soups and meals
  • Breakfast cereal
  • Pasta, noodles and rice
  • Long-life milk and juice
  • Coffee, tea and spreads
  • Biscuits, muesli bars, dried fruit and nuts
